Inflammerad nacke och axlar. L\u00e4karen skrev ut tabletter som ska ta bort inflammation, sm\u00e4rta och f\u00e5 mina stackars muskler att slappna av. Order om att vila, inte lyfta eller motionera och h\u00e5lla musklerna varma. S\u00e5 efter att ha svalt de f\u00f6rsta tabletterna i morse har jag g\u00e5tt runt i ett t\u00f6cken hela dagen och inte gjort mycket annat \u00e4n att g\u00e5 fr\u00e5n soffan till s\u00e4ngen och tillbaka igen. Uh&#8230; obehagligt. Men hellre \u00e4n sm\u00e4rtan.<\/p>\n<p>Men en sak gjorde jag f\u00f6r stund sedan n\u00e4r magen b\u00f6rjade kurra. En ugnspannkaka, utan vetemj\u00f6l och mj\u00f6lk! Den blev fantastiskt god. Ta ut pl\u00e5ten och pensla den med det sm\u00e4lta fettet.<\/li>\n<li>Klipp kalkonen i sm\u00e5 strimlor och sprid ut p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten.<\/li>\n<li>Gaffelmosa osten i en bunke. Kn\u00e4ck i \u00e4ggen, h\u00e4ll i sojamj\u00f6lk och gr\u00e4dden i bunken.
