Idag gjorde jag en enkel laktosfri kycklingr\u00e4tt med jordn\u00f6tss\u00e5s. P\u00e5 ett par minuter sl\u00e4ngde jag ihop s\u00e5sen, medan kycklingen sk\u00f6tte sig sj\u00e4lv i ugnen.<\/p>\n<p>2 portioner<\/p>\n<p>2\u00a0kycklingfil\u00e9er<br \/>\n1 msk kokosfett<br \/>\n2 msk sesamolja<br \/>\n2 msk sesamfr\u00f6n<br \/>\nsalt<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5s:<br \/>\n2 dl jordn\u00f6tter (helst osaltade, men jag tog saltade och sk\u00f6ljde av dem ordentligt)<br \/>\n1 msk kokosfett<br \/>\n1 tomat<br \/>\n1-2 msk green curry (beroende p\u00e5 hur stark man vill ha sin s\u00e5s) Jag brukar k\u00f6ra med ICAs, f\u00f6r den \u00e4r sockerfri<br \/>\n\u00bd &#8211; 1 burk kokosmj\u00f6lk (beroende p\u00e5 hur tjock man vill s\u00e5sen ska vara)<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg fil\u00e9erna i en\u00a0ugnsfast\u00a0form och pensla dem med kokosfett, ringla \u00f6ver sesamoljan, salta och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver sesamfr\u00f6na<\/li>\n<li>Medan de tillagas i ca 25 minuter (45-50 om den \u00e4r fryst, men sk\u00e4r ett snitt och kolla om den \u00e4r f\u00e4rdig) i ugnen, g\u00f6r du s\u00e5sen enkelt genom att l\u00e4gga alla s\u00e5singredienserna i en matberedare och k\u00f6ra n\u00e5gon minut tills den blir sl\u00e4t.
