Eller min kollega Lina Lanestrad har massor med goda glutenfria recept p\u00e5 sin blogg<a href=\"http:\/\/linalanestrand.se\/category\/matlust\/brod\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0linalanestrand.se<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Idag ska du f\u00e5 ett smarrigt och busenkelt f\u00f6rslag till p\u00e5l\u00e4gg. Det enda du beh\u00f6ver \u00e4r n\u00f6tter, lite salt och lite olja. Ig\u00e5r mixade jag 3 dl solrosfr\u00f6n, med \u00bd dl olivolja och en nypa havssalt. Det blev s\u00e5 gott att bre p\u00e5 mitt linfr\u00f6kn\u00e4cke. Du kan \u00e4ven anv\u00e4nda n\u00f6tsm\u00f6ret att reda grytor, soppor eller s\u00e5ser. Eller tills\u00e4tta n\u00e5gon \u00f6rtkrydda, som t.ex rosmarin f\u00f6r att piffa smaken.<\/p>\n<p>Prova \u00e4ven jordn\u00f6tter, mandel, hasseln\u00f6tter eller caschew till ditt n\u00f6tsm\u00f6r.
