Jag lovade er att skriva n\u00e5gra rader om Mitt B\u00e4sta Jag.<\/p>\n<p>Den 9 april 2012, tre m\u00e5nader f\u00f6re min 40-\u00e5rsdag gav jag mig sj\u00e4lv Mitt B\u00e4sta Jag i present. Jag satsade tre m\u00e5nader p\u00e5 kost, tr\u00e4ning och mindfulness. P\u00e5 resan uppt\u00e4ckte jag hur mycket jag tycker om mig sj\u00e4lv och hur sk\u00f6nt det \u00e4r att m\u00e5 bra.<\/p>\n<p>Idag m\u00e5r jag fortfarande lika bra. Visst tappar jag farten ibland, b\u00e5de p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningen och nu den senaste tiden p\u00e5 meditationen. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r vill jag viga ytterligare tre m\u00e5nader \u00e5t Mitt B\u00e4sta Jag. Denna g\u00e5ng kommer jag l\u00e4gga fokus p\u00e5 att fylla p\u00e5 med vitaminer och n\u00e4ring och l\u00e4gga ned mer tid p\u00e5 mindfulness.
