Vi springer mellan olika aktiviteter och\u00a0\u00e5taganden. Vi jobbar, tr\u00e4nar, tar hand om barn, v\u00e4nner, familj och d\u00e4r emellan fyller vi v\u00e5rt huvud med r\u00f6ster fr\u00e5n radion, talboken eller teven.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att tappa bort sig sj\u00e4lv i allt. Att inte h\u00f6ra sin egen r\u00f6st eller ens veta vad som \u00e4r ens egen r\u00f6st.<\/p>\n<p>Jag landar i stunder av tystnad eller stunder av mindfulness. Eller i m\u00f6tet med en riktigt n\u00e4ra v\u00e4n som lyssnar och lockar fram min r\u00f6st. Men ibland r\u00e4cker in te det. D\u00e5 b\u00f6rjar jag l\u00e4ngta efter en heldag i lugn och ro. En retreat tillsammans med h\u00e4rliga m\u00e4nniskor som ocks\u00e5 l\u00e4ngtar efter en stunds n\u00e4rvaro.<\/p>\n<p>Har du varit p\u00e5 retreat n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng?
