D\u00e4remot \u00e4r min akillesh\u00e4l stressen, vilket l\u00e4tt orsakar nedst\u00e4mdhet, migr\u00e4n och tr\u00f6tthet hos mig om jag inte ser upp. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r beh\u00f6ver jag f\u00f6rbereda mig. Boosta kropp och sj\u00e4l inf\u00f6r stundande m\u00f6rkare \u00e5rstider. Fylla p\u00e5 med energi, n\u00e4ring och goda h\u00e5llbara vanor.
