S\u00e5 jag g\u00e5r eller springer varje dag minst 40 minuter. D\u00e5 och d\u00e5 f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag prioritera ett styrkepass eller yogapass p\u00e5 gymmet.<\/p>\n<p>Sj\u00e4len f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag ge <strong>en stunds meditation eller mindfulness varje dag<\/strong>. \u00c4ven om det bara blir 3 minuter, s\u00e5 \u00e4r det mycket viktigt f\u00f6r mig att ha rutin p\u00e5 det. Jag har ett mycket kr\u00e4vande arbete och kan l\u00e4tt k\u00e4nna stress, d\u00e4rf\u00f6r beh\u00f6ver jag ta hand om sj\u00e4len och mina binjurar.<\/p>\n<p>I perioder <strong>g\u00e5r jag till en samtalsterapeut,<\/strong> men n\u00e4r jag inte hinner eller har r\u00e5d f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag <strong>skriva dagbok d\u00e5 och d\u00e5<\/strong>. Det \u00e4r viktigt att regelbundet plocka ur och v\u00e4dra sin mentala ryggs\u00e4ck. Den blir s\u00e5 mycket l\u00e4ttare att sl\u00e4pa p\u00e5 d\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Sedan \u00e4ter jag s\u00e5 sunt f\u00f6r det mesta. Jag \u00e4r ingen renlevnadsm\u00e4nniska, s\u00e5 det h\u00e4nder att jag smaskar p\u00e5 en pizza eller en glass, \u00e4ven om det inte \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt ofta. Och i vinter kommer det att bli en hel del gr\u00f6na drinkar, f\u00f6r att underl\u00e4tta f\u00f6r kroppen att rensa ut gammalt skr\u00e4p och fylla p\u00e5 med n\u00e4ring.<\/p>\n<p>Men jag tror inte p\u00e5 f\u00f6rbud eller m\u00e5sten. Jag tror p\u00e5 motivation, gl\u00e4dje och inspiration. Jag har arbetat under m\u00e5nga \u00e5r med min h\u00e4lsa och l\u00e5ngsamt inf\u00f6rt olika vanor. Om du vill inf\u00f6ra en sundare vanor i h\u00f6st &#8211; v\u00e4lj en vana i taget tills den sitter.
