Jag tycker det tillst\u00e5ndet beskriver n\u00e4r man k\u00e4nner sig sviken, s\u00e5rad eller tvingad att skiljas fr\u00e5n n\u00e5gon man \u00e4lskar. D\u00e5 v\u00e4rker det i hj\u00e4rtat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Att ha ont i sj\u00e4len<\/strong> kan de flesta av oss ocks\u00e5 ber\u00e4tta om hur det k\u00e4nns. Det \u00e4r den sm\u00e4rtan som kommer n\u00e4r livet k\u00e4nns sv\u00e5rt, eller n\u00e4r man man sj\u00e4lv k\u00e4nner sig misslyckad, hoppl\u00f6s eller o\u00e4lskad.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r det g\u00f6r ont, vill du helst krypa ur skinnet eller \u00f6nskar att det fanns Ipren f\u00f6r inre sm\u00e4rta ocks\u00e5. Dina anh\u00f6riga f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker uppmuntra dig eller s\u00e4ger \u00e5t dig att sk\u00e4rpa dig, men det skapar bara skuld eller ilska inom dig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e5 ska du veta en sak, bara en sak \u2013 s\u00e4tt en fot framf\u00f6r den andra \u2013 ett steg i taget \u2013 f\u00f6r du kommer ut p\u00e5 andra sidan.<\/strong> Och f\u00f6r varje pyttelitet myrsteg du tar, kommer du fram\u00e5t. Det \u00e4r okej att s\u00e4tta sig ned att vila, men l\u00e4gg dig inte ned utan ta ett litet steg till.<\/p>\n<p>Ett steg kan vara att be om hj\u00e4lp, g\u00e5 ut att g\u00e5 fast du hellre vill sitta inne, kliva upp ur s\u00e4ngen fast du aldrig mer vill g\u00f6ra det, g\u00e5 till biblioteket, skriva i dagboken, k\u00f6pa en bok om depressioner, krama din katt, be n\u00e5gon h\u00e5lla om dig, diska, lyssna p\u00e5 musik du tycker om, b\u00f6rja \u00e4ta vitaminer \u2026 g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got. Och n\u00e4r du g\u00f6r det, sl\u00e5 inte dig sj\u00e4lv p\u00e5 k\u00e4ften f\u00f6r att du egentligen inte g\u00f6r mer, g\u00e5r l\u00e4ngre, hoppar h\u00f6gre eller springer fortare \u2013 f\u00f6r varje pyttelitet steg \u00e4r v\u00e4rdefullt.
