En mycket intressant tidning som fokuserar p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ning, mat och h\u00e4lsa &#8211; med b\u00e5de bredd och djup. Den \u00e4r l\u00e5gkolhydratsfokuserad, s\u00e5 b\u00e5de Ann Fernholm och Katrin Zytomierska \u00e4r med och ber\u00e4ttar om sina levnadsval n\u00e4r det kommer till mat och socker.
