M\u00e5nga provar n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger och blir s\u00e5 besvikna p\u00e5 sina fladdriga tankar att de v\u00e4ljer att inte forts\u00e4tta. Det \u00e4r en vanlig missuppfattning att mindfulness handlar om att vara medveten i varje \u00f6gonblick, men mindfulness handlar om att \u00d6VA sig i att vara medveten. Varje g\u00e5ng dina tankar far iv\u00e4g f\u00e5r du m\u00f6jligheten att \u00f6va dig i att ta tillbaka dem till ditt andetag. Varje g\u00e5ng du under meditationen k\u00e4nner &#8221;Nej, nu vill jag sluta&#8221; \u00e4r ett fantastiskt \u00f6gonblick att \u00f6va sig i att stanna kvar, trots att du vill sluta.<\/p>\n<p data-reactid=\".1.0.0.0.2.1.0.0\"><span data-reactid=\".1.0.0.0.2.1.0.0.1\"><span data-reactid=\".1.0.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$text0:0:$end:0\">Varje g\u00e5ng du \u00f6var mindfulness &#8211; \u00f6va dig i att se det du kan &#8211; ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r det du inte kan. K\u00e4nn tacksamhet f\u00f6r att du tar dig tid att \u00f6va nu och gr\u00e4m dig inte f\u00f6r alla g\u00e5nger du inte \u00f6vade.
