M\u00e5nga av oss g\u00e5r runt och b\u00e4r p\u00e5 en ilska, sorg eller skam f\u00f6r n\u00e5got som h\u00e4nde f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge sedan. Ibland \u00e4r det bra att g\u00f6ra det, som n\u00e4r vi sitter i min terapisoffa och str\u00e4var efter att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 varf\u00f6r vissa saker g\u00f6r ont eller hur det kommer sig att man beter sig p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4rskilt s\u00e4tt. D\u00e5 kan det vara b\u00e5de befriande och skapa f\u00f6rst\u00e5else att vr\u00e4ka ur sig ilska och frustration \u00f6ver det som varit.<\/p>\n<p>Men en dag \u00e4r det viktigt att kunna s\u00e4ga &#8221;Nu r\u00e4cker det!&#8221; Du beh\u00f6ver inte din trasiga barndom eller ilska \u00f6ver dina f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar, det \u00e4r dags att sl\u00e4ppa taget och \u00f6ppna f\u00f6r n\u00e5got nytt.<\/p>\n<p>Sen \u00e4r det inte alltid det l\u00e4ttaste att sl\u00e4ppa taget. Om man blivit illa behandlad eller aldrig f\u00e5tt uppr\u00e4ttelse kan ilskan eller sorgen bli en stor del av en sj\u00e4lv, som \u00e4r sv\u00e5r att operera bort. Min erfarenhet \u00e4r att under en period arbeta med de k\u00e4nslorna, med hj\u00e4lp av en terapeut eller en metod som till exempel ACT eller mindfulness. Ibland beh\u00f6ver man hj\u00e4lp, n\u00e4r tankarna har fastnat.<\/p>\n<p>Men t\u00e4nk den dagen du faktiskt kan s\u00e4ga &#8211; &#8221;Det f\u00f6rflutna har ingen makt \u00f6ver mig.&#8221; T\u00e4nk den dagen du skriver ditt eget kapitel.
