Det \u00e4r den andra egenskapen som man inom mindfulness uppmanar oss att str\u00e4va efter.<\/p>\n<p>Vad g\u00f6r du om du f\u00e5r en stund \u00f6ver? Vad g\u00f6r du om du blir sugen p\u00e5 den d\u00e4r chokladkakan som ligger i skafferiet? Vad k\u00e4nner du n\u00e4r du vet att du m\u00e5ste v\u00e4nta ett halv\u00e5r p\u00e5 den d\u00e4r befordran du har k\u00e4mpat f\u00f6r? Blir du rastl\u00f6s? Springer du och h\u00e4mtar chokladen? Blir du irriterad?<\/p>\n<p>Vi \u00e4r s\u00e5 inst\u00e4llda p\u00e5 att f\u00e5 det vi beh\u00f6ver eller vill ha s\u00e5 fort som m\u00f6jligt. Samtidigt \u00e4r vi st\u00e4ndigt matade med att det ska h\u00e4nda saker, att vi snabbt blir rastl\u00f6sa eller frustrerade n\u00e4r det inte h\u00e4nder n\u00e5got. M\u00e5nga m\u00e4nniskor har sv\u00e5rt att vara ensamma, andra har sv\u00e5rt att vara i tystnad. Och det h\u00e4r att v\u00e4nta tycker de flesta \u00e4r outh\u00e4rdligt.<\/p>\n<p>Men v\u00e4ntan kan bli n\u00e5got rent v\u00e4rdefullt om du bara vet hur du ska anv\u00e4nda dig av den. T\u00e5lamod \u00e4r en egenskap som du kan komma att uppskatta, ju mer du anv\u00e4nder dig av mindfulness. T\u00e5lamod \u00e4r n\u00e4mligen som en liten muskel som du kan tr\u00e4na att bli starkare och b\u00e4ttre.
